e-Klaster offer

„e-Klaster – Małopolski Klaster Informatyczny” is a non-government organization of SMEs from the Małopolska region with the aim to increase their business potential. It takes place by improvement of the service quality by implementation of professional project management systems (ISO 9001) as well as promotion of export offer and coming into co-operation with the research and development sector companies. e-Klaster is acting in the Małopolska region (Polish province). This region is characterized by high quality university education, also in the new technology field. Hundreds of excellently educated IT specialists finish the worldwide valuated universities (e.g., the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow University of Technology) every year. They find the jobs at prestigious companies. They establish their own companies, as well. Therefore, the small and middle-sized IT companies in our region are equipped with excellent production staff and the big number of companies ensures a continuous availability of ready resources.

e-Klaster has acted in the field of stocktaking and training of production and management resources at small and medium-sized IT enterprises in Małopolska since 2005. We also accustom the graduates to working at enterprises (among others, by organization of placements). Our resources include detailed information on 350 IT enterprises that is about 4000 people working at software production. Because of the specificity of the small and medium-sized enterprises, we must continuously get to know and bring up to date information about their potential. Owing to the size and diversity of the enterprises we represent, we can propose a very competitive production offer as well as training for the IT staff for co-operation with the companies.
